Guhapriya Iyer  who is a   qualified CA,CISA and Grad CWA with over 16 years of experience in internal audit, process consulting and systems audit. She had worked with AF Ferguson and PricewaterhouseCoopers prior to starting the firm in 2002.  She has  partnered with companies such as   Hindustan Unilever Limited, Cadbury India limited , Siemens Information Systems and Kodak India on various projects. She used to be associated with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for delivery of training for the ISA Course and was part of the Quality Review team of  CISA Review manual 2003, 2004 and 2005.
